My Canine Companion 2025 Waiting list opening

Please express your interest in our 2025 waiting list, by filling out your details on the form below before, 3PM on Monday February 3rd 2025.

Our waiting list will open on Tuesday, February 4th and will be chosen by random selection.

100 families will be selected on to the MCC Application Process.

All successful applicants will be contacted by email on this day.

Please note:

Proof of ASD diagnosis will be required on successful application.
Only the caregiver is eligible to express interest in the list, with one expression of interest per child/young adult permitted. Multiple expressions of interest for the same child/young adult will not be considered.
Expressions of interest can only be accepted from families in the Republic of Ireland.
All expressions of interest made for our 2025 waiting list are for our puppy programme.
All successful applicants must be available to attend an information session in Cork in early February (adult only).
