Walking into 2021 with a new sense of Independence!
2021 has kicked off with some life changing moments here at My Canine Companion.
Our December graduates returned home to their families before Christmas, and have now begun their jobs as fully qualified Service Dogs. What better Christmas gift could you get?
We have witnessed some fantastic, emotional, and heart warming moments with these guys, with their first attachments. This is the start of a whole new journey for these families, with the dogs ensuring the child's safety while out and about. Something which is life changing for so many.
These attachment walks have allowed our families to have successful trips to the supermarket for a treat, to the park for a walk, and even to the shopping center to see the Christmas lights, on their first walks, and it was amazing to see.
The kids are starting off the new year, with a whole new sense of independence, and we cannot wait to see what is to come for them! We are excited to see the many adventures ahead, with their best friends by their side!
